✉When you finish setup, each driver gets an email invitation with a link to the Driver App and a short form where they enter their own phone, CDL and endorsements — you don't have to type any of it. Use the email the driver actually checks — it's the same address they use to download, sign into, and get set up on the Driver App.
Invite dispatchers & office staff
No invites yet — each invite makes a private sign-up link you can text or email.
The address you invite is the address they sign in with — use their work email, the same one on your company’s email system, so their account and mailbox match.
Your company join code also works any time: teammates pick "Join your team" on the sign-in page.
Add yards, ramps & warehouses you work
No facilities yet — add your own yard plus the ramps and depots you pull from.
Confirm your setup
ℹClicking Confirm & finish saves the company profile, puts your drivers on the Dispatch Board, and emails each driver a link to the Driver App and a short form to enter their own phone, CDL and endorsements. You can edit everything later from your account menu.
